Building the Westlands — Working with Haus we created an interactive 3D map that illustrated the travels of the Wheel of Time’s lead characters throughout the season. Starting with a line-drawn map, inspired from the original fantasy books, we molded the topography and painted the texture to match scenes in the streaming series.
Made for TV — We also created a version which worked on smart TVs. Clickable medallions reveal information on each location—letting fans explore each city. As the season’s narrative progressed, each episode revealed more map locations and paths that chronicle the characters’ journeys.
The wheel reveals all — To bring fans further into the fantasy, HAUS created an interactive timeline that extends beyond the timeline of the first season. Fans can drag The Wheel to uncover deeper plot points, character origin stories, bios and epic battles from The Wheel of Time world.
