Where work comes to life, and life comes to work — Real estate developer SteelWave needed the branding and web presence for its new property—Grand + Nash. The renovated creative workplace blends enriching greenspace with the conveniences of a future-forward office campus. We created a modern design system that embodies the natural textures found throughout the building and a logo that features a G+N monogram representing the streets joining at the campus location.

A large colorful outdoor advertisement for Grand NASH featuring images of modern office and outdoor spaces, with the slogan "Where work comes to life, and life comes to work."
A website homepage design featuring brand colors and typography, including color swatches labeled white, snake green, dark green/gray, cream, and dark sand; sections about icons and mouse interactions, and a paragraph introducing El Segundo, a city in Los Angeles.
Multiple smartphones displaying a real estate or architectural website with images of modern buildings, interior lounge spaces, site plans, and landscaped outdoor areas.

An immersive website with seamless flow — We produced a responsive tour of Grand + Nash that goes far beyond the floorplan. Utilizing a long scroll format with a flowing parallax, it guided the user through the highlights of the property, featuring high-impact renders of what it will look like. With multiple galleries and an interactive site plan, users can easily explore the amenities of the space then dive deeper into the inspiration behind it.
